KRYDEX Tactical Blow Out Kit Bag Medical Pouch First Aid Bag IFAK Pouch with MOLLE and Belt Loop

This is a knock-off/clone of the London Bridge kit, but for the price the quality is actually amazing. You could've told me this was an $80-$100 item and I would've believed it. Quality materials, great stitching, and multiple ways to mount it onto basically any belt out there. Holds a good amount of IFAK supplies, and has the steel cable quick release that's also well-made. I'm sure we've all taken a chance on a low-cost amazon find and it didn't work out, but this is not the case at all. Definitely buy with confidence, this was 100% worth it.

It works exactly as described, and the price was great. The only problem I had was ordering OD, but receiving OCP. I’m keeping it, but I will be ordering another OD in the future. Maybe that was a clever scheme to get me to buy two, but the joke is on them- it’s good enough that I’d have wanted another, anyway! 😂EDIT: 6 April, 2025, I ordered another in coyote brown, and that’s what I received. Still have to get one more in ranger green. Excellent pouch, and well worth buying more for other rigs!

Good pouch for the money. Stores everything I need to in a good size and mounts right to a belt. It's held up so far and I have no complaints.

Upgraded to this LBT style ifakpouch over the bulky ifak that I was previously using. It doesnt hold as much but it holds it well and is much more comfortable to wear while riding in vehicles. Seems well enough made for what it is and didnt cost $150.I would buy it again and recommend it.

OK so this is a copy of the LBT blowout pouch. Drill with it if you intend to keep actual medical supplies in it for an emergency because this style doesn't work for everyone and doesn't work as a small of back pouch. The build is OK, so I'm not complaining. I was going to use this for some quick med stuff for competition and it just doesn't work for me. It's a pain to get to correctly.

UPDATE* (Survived a JRTC rotation)Holds everything a Gen 2 ifak comes with minus the 2 cat tourniquets. I was a bit skeptical, but this thing takes up next to no space, and allows you to sit in a vehicle comfortably with it on the 6 o'clock position of your belt. Doesn't feel like it is going to break apart any time soon, it can be used with both the molle and the belt loops if your belt has the capability and is thin enough. So I dont see it falling off or anything. Color isnt quite OD or Ranger green, but it will easily blend with either and look professional. If you're really really concerned about colors matching you might want to go up to the search bar and look for women's handbags instead.CON: (sort of) I'd recomend lightly waterproofing your medical gear, use thin plastic that will keep the water out but be easy to tear open to preserve your gear.

Looking for an IFAK lmao.Number 3: With all that being said this thing is perfect for the price. It can hold Combat Gauze, H-Bandage, a chest seal, compressed gauze, and a pair of med gloves.The rip cord is a little janky but it works fine once you play with it once or twice.
