Seems quality product, very strong 90 degree hanger rod replacement
My stock hanger rod had rotted off its welded location from my muffler, then decided to buy this 90 degree hanger rod and had it bent once more into a "U" shape to fit accordingly to where I wanted it clamped onto my muffler end to where the old weld was, had to improvise my DIY skills since I don't have a welder and used 3 specialty clamps onto the rod and under the old weld spot to hold it in place and used blue thread lock to resist unscrewing itself off. To my surprise it feels very sturdy now and feels part of the muffler now by being in place. Just my experience in hoping not to replace a still working muffler, hope this helps.

They work
Overall, the product is sound. On a car, they would be a great fit. I have a 2500 truck, so they weren't as thick as I needed, however, they work. They were easy to bend with some heat and took to the weld seemingly OK.

You have to grind the coating off, but otherwise they work very well.

Solid simple hanger.
Perfect hangers that were easy to bend in a vice with hammer to my needs and weld nicely. Would buy again.

take care burning these in....they're galvanized and you dont want to breathe the fumes. works fine, fits fine, good quality.

Professional welding required
I knew what I got when I ordered them but in case you don't know you will need a welder or muffler shop to weld these in place for you. They were much nicer in quality and heavy duty so they are a great value
