Beautiful and Well Made
This is a beautiful and well made shower panel. The finish is holding up well to our hard water. The ONLY THING, is you have to remove the flow restrictor put in a larger one or this has no pressure.Vigo customer support is EXCELLENT.

A bit of a disappointment
When doing a bathroom remodel we added one of these to our shower and I am sad to report that the overall feeling is one of disappointment. As an engineer I like the idea of putting the components you'd want to maintain or replace inside a wall-mounted unit that could be accessed or removed without cutting holes or breaking tile. While that is something this unit offers, the showering experience isn't that great. Basic components are fine, the diverter and the temperature knobs work fine. Unfortunately the rest is a bit of a letdown. The rainfall head is basically a generic 8" round, the wand is a single-function spray with low pressure & the body jets pretty much don't function. Going from bottom to top you get full pressure out of the lower one, partial pressure out of the second, a trickle out of the third and no water out of the top one. This comes down to splitting a household water supply four ways then asking two of those four to go uphill which is never going to work. Now, the water pressure to my house is on the lower side in the 40-50PSI range but that shouldn't cause performance this poor. The fittings are generic however so you can swap the wand with any one you'd like (I picked up a generic 16-in-1 As Seen on TV one) and can also do the same with the rainfall head (I got one of the 'pressure boosting' 8" Square ones from SparkFun) and those two adjustments improved it but I'm still questioning spending five hundred US Dollars on a fairly disappointing experience. If it wasn't for the sunk costs fallacy I'd take this thing down & replace it with a standard valve/diverter/showerhead/wand setup.

Black Matt ng
Product is just under a year old and the black matting is pealing off. Also not good to use in areas with lower water pressure.
