Jack Rogers Women's Nantucket Gold Thong Sandal

Came in great condition. I ordered a 7 which was perfect as my feet range from 6.5 to a 7. The shoes are great quality and super cute. I've been wearing them for years and they don't show much sign of wear and tear at all. They do need to be broken in though, as they are leather so they may be uncomfortable at first. I was so grateful to not have had to pay for the full price but still get the quality of the shoe. They match so many things and are great for the summer months. I wore them to my high school graduation with a Lilly Pulitzer dress and to prom with a long coral gown. I bought them a few months before so I knew they would be broken in and they were comfortable for the events. They do come slightly narrow so people with wider feed - take notice before buying. My narrow feet fit with a little room to spare.

I bought these Jack Rogers sandals when they went on sale after pining for a pair for the longest time.Despite other reviews, I believe that the sandals fit true to size. The only reason I would recommend to size up is if you have a wide foot as I don't see them fitting comfortably in a true to size pair. I read a lot of reviews ahead of time about how they are miserable to break in and are uncomfortable. I also read that they fall apart when they get wet. I was hesitant after reading this but the sale price was good enough to cause me to take the leap.My first time wearing them was an all day affair. I wore them to a Detroit Tiger's game and honestly I had absolutely no issues. The leather takes a little bit of time to break in but were comfortable in the meantime. The shoes are stylish and I wear them to the office and for casual outings. I've gotten nothing but complements on them. I've never had any issues with them getting wet. I will be purchasing another pair and for those considering on taking the leap, do so! You will not regret it.

This sandal seems to be very well made. The leather is of substantial quality. It runs a bit large, I usually wear a 6m, but had to exchange for a 5.5m. Other than that, it was comfortable from its first wearing and it looks great too. Would probably wear with everything from a casual dress, skirt, to jeans or shorts. And leggings too.

When I check off fit as expected that means a little narrow and extra space after the toes like most Jack Rogers fit me. First off I ordered two pairs one in a 7 and the other in a 71/2. The 71/2 felt more narrow. The main reason I am writing this review has to do with my observations about the quality of the sandal. 83% of the reviews gave this product 3*** to 5*** with the most being 5***. Because these sandals are basicallyfashionable leather flip flops with iconic details I have one expectation and that is the quality of the leather used in making this sandal is good. Both pairs I have ordered had leather as stiff as cardboard, one slightly worse than the other. If I pressed the part that goes over your foot it makes a crinkling sound. The toe bar is made up of the stiffest leather imaginable and the big seam sewing it together is definitely a guarantee for blisters. I doubt Jackie Kennedy Onassis would have worn these sandals in the 1960's and made them famous if she actually tried on a pair as they are made today. I am returning these sandals and ordering a pair from a different trusted vendor, whose name begins with a Z just to see if there is any difference in the quality of the leather. Yes Jack Rogers has these these sandals made in different countries but where ever they are made I do expect some type of quality control to be used so no one ends off with a product like I received for the money paid. You shouldn't have to have a break in period over a week or two especially for footwear as minimal as these. It wasn't required in my last pair of JRs I purchased about 5 years ago with nice leather. I have more expensive and less expensive sandals all with decent leather and no break in period required. You really have to question a product when any brand of rubber flip flops has a better fit and is more comfortable than the ones I am writing about.

These are true Jack Rogers. I own 8 pairs now and I love them! I usually wear a size 9 shoe but wear an 8 1/2 in Jack's. Not only are they adorable, but they mold to your feet and are extremely comfortable, but they are "solid" to walk on and the heel gives a little bit of a lift. I am 65 yrs old and don't want any flat, cheap flip flops to trip on!!

This shoe is really cute. If you have a narrow foot, or short little toes, I think they would be awesome. I wear a 6-1/2, got that size, and had to return it because my little toe hung off one of the shoes. Ordered a 7, thinking that might be better, but my toe hung off more on the side and they were really long in the front and back. Not sure what the deal was, but they were sized oddly. The navy/gold combo is really cute, so I'm kind of bummed. I might try a different style in the same color combo & see if they work out.

These are cute. I have wanted a pair for several years now and I finally broke down and bought these from Amazon. I was afraid that I would get "fake" based on what other reviewers have said but after close examination and the guides to telling the real McCoy from the "fake" I was very happy. They fit perfectly although I did make sure to go up a half size. Do not expect arch support or anything like that with these because they are what they are so if you want the comfort sandals that you can walk around all day in then buy Birkenstocks. These are cute and fashionable and will go well with a lot of summery clothes. I am extremely happy with these and I believe they will be in the closet and worn for years to come.

I have been lusting after the Nantucket Gold with Navy sandal for sometime and the quality does not disappoint. I usually wear either a 9 or 9.5 and went with a 9 this time. They were a bit snug on the band as my first few pair of jacks were but this could also be because I am pregnant and swelling a bit. I have worn them twice and the leather is starting to stretch and fit a bit better. As I said, the quality is there, and the style is fantastic. This is my 8th pair of Jacks and just could resist the price. Next ones I will order will most likely be white on white or a pair of the Laurens.

These are absolutely gorgeous sandals, so much prettier than the picture. I have read lots of reviews before purchasing it and I was somewhat reluctant to buy those because many customers stated that the sizing of the Jacks is way off. However, the pricing on Amazon was so awesome that I simply couldn't resist and bought three pairs thinking that if they don't fit me, I will just sell them. I am usually size 7 and I bought one pair in that size and two in 7.5. All three pairs fit, the 7.5s being a bit loose on my feet, but because of how that particular model is constructed, I am still able to walk comfortably in them.In my opinion these sandals fits true to size. I do not find them narrow or small. They are also exquisitely made, the leather is genuine and good quality, they are very comfortable and most of all - they are amazingly beautiful especially considering that this is a flat shoe. I am very pleased with my purchase and I will most likely buy the same in other colors.

I was a little wary ordering these because I have somewhat wide feet and bunions. However, I found them true to size and comfortable (bearing in mind that I'm fine in a flat shoe - if you need support, these won't do). I'm going to wear them around the house for a while to make sure, but I think they're keepers!I know there are a lot of comments debating the authenticity of these. If I had to guess, I'd say that they're factory seconds. The sizing is written "8.5" rather than "8-", as Jacks should have. Maybe someone didn't have their morning coffee? I don't know. I think I'd be annoyed if I had paid full price for them but, as it stands, these were a great deal.

Super nice looks the same in person as online -- great quality. But if you have medium feet good luck getting your feet in it. More for narrow feet.
