Kanu Surf Platinum Rashguard UPF 50+ Sun Protection Long Sleeve Swim Shirts for Men-Premium Rash Guard for Men

I went on vacation to the Dominican Republic and didnt want to get burned badly or stop every 45 minutes to reapply sunscreen. These fit very well and were very comfortable. They didnt make me cold by having them on while standing around in the pool.like a tshirt, and they dont get soaked or bunched up like a shirt would. I bought 2 of these, and i will probably buy some other colors for this summer. They are well made and dry pretty quickly as well.

6', 210lbs bought XL and it has quite the snug fit (as rash guards do) around the chest and waist. I find it as motivation to get rid of my spare tire.

It's always tricky buying these type of tops. Many advertise themselves as both a fishing shirt and a rash guard. Which is a contradiction in terms as a fishing shirt is designed to run large and a rash guard is designed to run small/sung. Since I already have rash guards I wanted something that runs sung enough to be flattering, but not as tight as a true rash guard. I wear a medium in rash guard, but most fishing shirts run too large even in small. I found one brand that I really like, but they only came in gray. The small in this brand was too tight (looks too showy) for a flattering casual top, too tight in shoulders/ chest/biceps. I will exchange for a medium as I assume that will run a little larger than a rash guard would in that size. If that is still too tight/showy for a casual top, I may have to exchange for a large. If you have a gut (which I don't), you probably will have to order a size up. But other than that, it seems like a very nice shirt for the price. I will update with the medium arrives.

Bought these for my husband and I love how they fit on him. He wears a medium and he’s about 155lbs. Fit as expected and provided him with the protection from the sun he looks for - he enjoys swimming and it does not interfere negatively with his swimming at all.

The fit is great, have not worn it yet, purchased for a cruise in April. will add info after actual usage, and it's effectiveness. I have high hopes.

Buena protección

I ordered this product twice because I liked the way it looked. Originally I ordered a large but when I tried it on, it was very tight. I sent it back and ordered a XL which fits much better.

Shirt was 86% polyester, not 82% nylon as advertised. Nylon is stretchier and stronger than polyester.

I'm 5 10" & 170 lbs. my shoulder width is normal. very average man body. I'm not fit, but not very out of shape either. looking at me wearing a sweater, you might think I'm fit, but when I'm topless you'd see, I could loose a bit of fat and gain a bit of muscle. lolthe large fits perfectly for me. it's form fitting, but not uncomfortably tight anywhere. if I only cared about performance in water, i'd probably want the medium sized shirt. but I've had a really tight water shirt before, and it's just too uncomfortable. the large is tight enough that it will work very well in the water, and is comfortable, so I can wear out of the water too. it's right in that sweet spot where I can use it in any situation.the material is soft. it feels nice against my skin.the neck is not too tight either. no feeling of being slightly choked. and the turtle neck doesn't go too high up my neck.SUMMARY:form fitting, but not tight. soft material. very comfortable. super happy with the shirt.EDIT:used it for a week on a tropical vacation. the shirt was excellent. perfect for swimming. tight enough, that it didn't drag in the water, and loose enough that it was comfortable, and easy enough to take on and off. it also dried quickly. I highly recommend this water shirt.

Bought this rashguard as it appeared to be slightly looser fit than the previous O'Neill rashguard I had. That one was much too tight, didn't dry quickly and was very difficult to remove when wet. The Kanu Surf rashguard did provide a nice fit and the medium size fit my 182cm, 72kg frame nicely and didn't feel tight. This rashguard is lightweight and the material felt much thinner than my O'Neill, and the overall quality wasn't as nice as the O'Neill. However, this rashguard was also 30% less than the O'Neill one.Because the material is thinner, the one in white is also semi see thru. That may not be an issue for most, knowing this I would have gotten a darker colour instead. The rashguard did a good job protecting me from getting burned on the beach, and worked well in the water as well. It dried pretty quickly and was not challenging to remove when wet, unlike the O'Neill rashguard.

I bought the large in white - I'm 5'10" tall and weigh 185 lbs. I'm 35 and pretty fit but have a slight belly.It fits fine, could be better but it's good enough. I'm Indian in case any reader is curious of my body type - we tend to accumulate fat on our hips and belly first and then our limbs.Hope the quality holds up as I am yet to test it for my Maldives vacation. I think it should because polyester and spandex are durable materials - unless the stitching misses the mark.

Fits as expected, snugly! And it's quite comfortable. However I am concerned that this may be a 1 season shirt, and I may have found this out a bit late before ordering more. The stitching is unravelling rapidly. I never had these types of issues on other brands and got many years out of the shirt. I dislike disposable fashion..

Mi escala subjetiva para explicar mis comentarios, si pudiera poner las cosas en escala:[ 0 Pésimo / 1 Muy mal / 2 Mal / 3 Regular / 4 Bien / 5 Muy bien / 6 Excelente] Tiempo de entrega: Regular.Pagué por un envío más rápido pero llego el ultimo día dentro de lo establecido, 4 días, esperaba que con pagar más llegaría antes. Integridad del producto: Muy bien. Calidad del producto: Muy bien.El color bastante similar a las imágenes, ligeramente más claro el tono azul real pero no NP, la textura es muy buena. Talla/ajuste: Muy bien.El fit es el indicado de acuerdo a la guía de tallas, se debe tomar en cuanta que es un producto ajustado (segunda piel), en mi caso elegí una talla más grande para un fit más a gusto (L) , sin caen en mucha holgura. Precio/calidad: Buena. Conclusión:Feliz con el producto, para Rashguard de esta marca es buen opción, para Bañadores de las misma marca, lo pensaría 2 veces a menos que sea un buen modelo a un precio bueno pero revisaría otras opciones.
