Jackpot Candles Birthday Cake Candle with Ring Inside (Surprise Jewelry Valued at $15 to $5,000) Ring Size 7

Got this for a co worker for a Christmas gift exchange. She loved the scent and the surprise that was in it.

I ordered 3 of these ring candles in 3 different scents and gave them to my 3 adult daughters in early December. They had so much fun with the candles, and the surprise ring inside. All 3 of them said this was such a fun and exciting gift and that the candles also smell wonderful. These are great gifts for girls that have everything and need a nice surprise or a lift up. Two of my daughters exchanged their rings, which made the whole process a lot more fun. These provide great family fun! Thank you for such a unique gift.

Candle smells wonderful but the wooden wick doesn't burn very well. I gave up. I wanted the ring so I used a hair dryer. The ring itself is so beautiful. I got a value of $40.

The media could not be loaded. I tried 3 or 4 times this morning to get it to relight and eventually just made a video. It smells nice and it's pretty I just wish it worked after the 1st burn.....Update they were super nice and after wiping off the top and even digging out some wax in hopes for it to ne able to re light it never did but when I contacted them they were super sweet and refunded me. I think I just got a dude candle. They were so nice I will purchase another candle from them in the future.

So long lasting that I am getting impatient waiting to see where the ring is!!!! It should literally be close to the surface! I have had it lit for so long and had to keep blowing it out because the smell was starting to get stronger. It's nice scent but burning it too long it just was starting to get to me because of how strong it was getting. The ring is nowhere to be seen so far. Ready to dig for it hahahaha. I love candles that burn long but not when their is something you want in it. So I just suggest putting it close to the surface so after maybe to lights it's visible.

I am so disappointed with this company and it's too bad because they seemingly have a lovely products and a subscription box. I buy a birthday cake scented candle for my daughter every year. We bought this one a while ago and just finished burning it today… NO RING!I love the wood wick. The candle isn’t sooty, the smell is sweet but not over powering. It’s lovely and unfortunately I bought another one this year! Hopefully when we burn that one there will be a ring inside.I reached out to the company, but to even chat with them you must have an account. I bought these on Amazon so I don’t have an account with them.I sent a message on FB and they don’t read the messages, just spit out and automated reply asking me to post about them on my FB page! so no help there. Jackpot did respond via email after having me upload pictures and order numbers...all of that just to say talk to Amazon. (Which I told them when I called, that I bought it from Amazon) I bought a brand new candle in a Jackpot box... brand new and it had no ring in it. Do the right thing and replace it. Amazon refunded me the purchase price but Jackpot refused to send a replacement. Lousy customer service.I bought this as a fun addition to our birthday cake candle tradition but if there is no ring why bother.We will burn the newest one and see if there is a ring- I have my doubts. We will be returning to buying ring candles from Diamond Candle even though you don't know what size ring you will get.Update: replacement candle was sent from Jackpot. The rings are beautiful. Daughter is happy with hers.
