Ashwagandha didn't really work for me. Maybe I will try it again in the future. Rhodiola has a better effect on my stress and depression

Happy customer
I think these are helping & no side effects. A bit big but soft so OK to swallow. Slightly odd but not unpleasant aftertaste. Seems a bit like raw asparagus to me!
