My wife regrets not having waited one more day before making her delightful Carmel Popcorn. Her popcorn carried an off-flavor created by a cheap vanilla she purchased from a local grocer. Before you purchase make sure you know which vanilla you will want. the 10% or 35% alcohol. 10% is used in making ice cream, smoothies, etc. and the 35% you use in high temperatures as baking.

No chemical smell but a true vanilla scent. Used it to bake some cookies and turned out great.

Okay! As someone who actually uses this product daily. I can say this stuff has changed the color and flavor of my ice cream in amazing ways! My vanilla base is now very white. Compared to the other products I’ve tried. Which left a more of a brownish tan look. I do have another one that taste just as well is this brand. But I must use three times the amount of it compared to this brand.On a note. This stuff goes a long way in my ice cream. As you can tell in the picture of my blueberry fluff ice cream #EilandsCreamery.Also the seller of this product is extremely Fast. And great to work with. And I have received my items from them faster than any item on Amazon to-date. We absolutely love this product.

I meant it isn't *bad*...but it's definitely not the fancy level of extract you're looking for. It tastes alright and we will use the entire container but we won't be reordering. It's a 2.5 star level vanilla. You're better off with the generic from a big box store, then make a pure vanilla extract that is very similar.

Great quality for price - I love this vanilla fit anything you would use it for. It’s higher priced but worth it.
