Q: How do you attach these pads to your clothing. Would these work for holding up blouses on your shoulders so they don’t fall off on the sides

I used these for a theater costume, so i just attached with safety pins. You could do that or sew them in. They do not come with a way to attach them. These are pretty small, so they probably would give you the lift you need without going too 1980s.

Yes, more definition. I have narrow shoulders and add these pads with velcro (rough side) and put in the shoulder of T-shrts, blouses and sweaters. They can be taking out and used in another garment.
