Effective but ….
Quite noisy. Effective sanding. Table started to rust immediatelyVery very expensive for what it is, but what it is is pretty unique- a worktop wet belt sander

Run ... don't look back just run.
I was very excited to purchase this item - I was VERY disappointed to use it. - After 30 hours use the motor died ! The electronic voltage control is not rated to support the installed motor current and it became TOAST ! Add that to a plastic housing and you are just begging for a fire !While it worked , it was seriously noisy ! Plastic rollers loosely fitted jarring around as it spun. ( Ear protection is required ! ). Not to mention you need rain gear when using this device. The aluminium main-stay ( the up and down part ) is cheaply made and causes the upper roller adjustment to stick so you cannot remove the sanding belt - the only way to dislodge it is with a firm rap. I was planning on re-working some of the more annoying parts of this device this winter, but at this point what's the sense ?It is so disappointing I am not even going to bother with trying to exchange - cutting my losses and buying a Covington instead. I would urge others to do the same.

Low cost/benefit ratio
it works fine and allow me to have better and more even strait lines on the glass in less time. Nevertheless, the band joint gives you an annoying kick and sound and makes you wonder if its going to break at any moment. It should run smoothly. Have to be aware of the uncontrolled water splashing. Metal covers tend to rust very quickly. I feel is not worthwhile the cost/benefit..

Don't waste your time
Don't waste your money! Not what's advertised as doing. Was excited when it arrived but right off the bat the bottle chattered so bad I thought it would break the bottle. Customer support recommend tightening the belt and after hours of fussing I gave up. Customer support said I needed to press harder, that was useless. The sander is very noisy and dirty. Simply did not meet my needs and after several hours I boxed it up and returned it!
