Exactly what we needed.
Needed a camera system to replace an older one, but could do two rooms (2 kids). Hard decision but I finally landed on this one after weeks of research. The packaging was sharp. The setup was easy. The range is great (1700sq ft, never lost signal anywhere).Picture looks great for a non wifi camera. Night vision is good but not great.Microphone and camera speaker sound clear and not muffled.Battery on monitor is very good. 12 hours is the longest I've tried so far, but that is more than enough to get through a night.Does not split screen, wasn't expecting it to, but the cycling feature works nicely.Several options, features, and alarms I haven't delved into yet, but what I have used (like the sound alarm) has been helpful and easy to setup. The wide angle lenses are nice to have.Adjustable volume levels, so nothing super quiet or loud, just right. No overly bright light on camera that draws your child's attention. There is a real quick clicking noise or shutter sound on each camera when the monitor goes into sleep mode. It hasn't been an issue with my kids, but it's also not that noticeable.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. Does what I need it to do without being complicated or using up my phone or tablet battery life.I would highly recommend this unit.

Great Video Monitor for the Pickiest of People!
First I’d like to say that I’m the luckiest person when it comes to buying things I need or want. I’ll spend days, weeks or months researching what I’m looking for until I find what will fit all my needs or wants for that specific thing. This was one of those cases where I read specs versus what we needed then read reviews- that’s what got me every time. As soon as I read a review that was most recent and it had to do with one of my major things I needed then it was removed from my list. This camera & monitor seemed to mark off every thing I was looking for & reviews were good & saw nothing they was a deal breaker. We’ve had it for several weeks now & I could NOT be more HAPPY with a video monitor than I am with this Eufy! Zero issues, setup was the easiest ever! Eufy did a great job with video quality & everything. I almost bought a $60 single camera with monitor just because I was tired of reading and looking but came across this and my husband said “It has everything on your list that you want, just spend the extra money because it comes with 2 cams and be done with it.” So glad I listened!! We now can monitor his crib and the basement LR when we have to step into the next room.I don’t have to use this every day, so I just power off the monitor and it lasts days without having to charge. I only charge when it dies because they say that batteries have memories (like phones) so it only gets charged when she dies and it doesn’t take long to fully charge. Love this video monitor! Look forward to adding more cameras!

Small annoyances add up to a BIG let down
Please read all issues below ESPECIALLY if you will be sleeping with an infant in your room while you monitor an older sibling. The video is good - don’t get me wrong, but there are little things the camera and monitor does that drive us crazy. Honestly would not buy it again. We bought this in advance of our second child but by the time we realized how annoying the below issues were it was too late to return. Most of these complaints are largely because we have a newborn sleeping in our room and a toddler upstairs.Issues:Lens Clicks: Anytime you turn on the monitor, the camera clicks. Every. Single. Time. it’s a low click from the lens opening but it drove us crazy. And when I say turn on the monitor I mean just picking it up and waking it from sleep mode to look in the room. If the Camera is located high in the room, AND your kid has a sound machine you probably won’t hear it. But if they like it quiet. Or you have it nearby - it can be heard. Ever time you check the monitor. *click*Loud disconnect beeps: If it slightly loses connection the monitor makes the loudest beep ever. This is insanely frustrating when it loses connection for 1 second late at night and beeps louder than a microwave right next to you and your sleeping baby. I can’t describe how frustrating this is. This alone would have me send this monitor back. If it lost connection for 5 or 10 seconds - fine. But sometimes it just flickers connection with an upstairs camera BEEP BEEPBEEPBEEPBright charge light: The monitor uses micro usb for charging (annoying), and next to where the cord plugs in is a small pen sized light. It glows a soft red when charging, but transforms into a US Coast Guard spotlight of bright white light when it’s fully charged. So at 11:30pm you can KNOW it has full battery.Loud Buttons: just strangely loud. It’s a monitor not a mechanical keyboard.I’m sure the UI is better than older models, but it’s not great. Flipping between cycling cameras or static isn’t quick - as an example.Monitor construction: not very sturdy stand, easy to tip over. Also the location of the micro usb results in the side with the charging light will almost always face you due to the charging cord hanging off the side of your table, pulling that side to face you.I hope this helps someone. Is the picture quality good? Yes. Maybe that is all you care about. But if the items above would bother you (like they do us) I recommend other options. OR test it out well in advance of your return date lapsing.
