The Mediumship Training Deck: 50 Practical Tools for Developing Your Connection to the Other-Side

I had been wanting this deck for several months. My intention was to use it as a way to practice psychic abilities. My plan was to put the card upside deck and guess what the picture was on the other side. I didn’t realize the back had the description on it (instead of a plain back and a description in a separate book.)Nevertheless, I was able to use it the way I intended by covering the back with my hand. The images themselves prompted me to want to use the deck this way.I also found it is assisting me with my mediumship journey. As a beginner, I enjoy pulling a card before or after a reading, and I find that the card often speaks to my experience.Just the right thing at the right time.

I feel that a lot of people are misunderstanding the concept of this deck. Yes, it's designed to help you hone your mediumship abilities and/or develop them, but it's not the only thing you can use the deck for. The meanings of these cards are diverse and make for great 1 card daily pulls, spiritual advice, enlightenment and more. Even back when you could only preorder the deck , I found several uses for it for not only myself , but my clients as well. I will say that yes, a guidebook would have been helpful especially to people new to mediumship or divination in general. Even though I am a psychic reader and use my abilities to intuitively read the cards, still I do like to refer to the guidebook sometimes just to learn different meanings and get a sense of the overall purpose of the deck through the creators intent for each card. There are descriptions on the back of the cards so that may be enough. There is a user's manual that will tell you briefly how to use the cards. I feel that this is a deck to help with your intuition as well and while others may not see it, this is a great deck for beginners. My favorite thing about this deck so far is that they include some of the clairs/psychic abilities one's that I do have and while I know I have them this deck still gives me new information regarding these abilities that I wasn't aware of which is teaching me how to better go about using them and letting them guide me and others through their journey. I am looking forward to working with these more. Thank you John Holland & Lauren Rainbow for another well thought out deck. I am new to Lauren Rainbow, but have been a fan of John Holland's Work for a long time and so far he has not let me down.

Can't wait to start working with them! So far they don't have *specific* exercises to do, but they really do point you in the right direction. And the art is beautiful ❤️

THIS DECK IS GREATThere's plenty of beautifully designed cards to learn from and inside the deck on the instructional tri-fold, it says: 'The deck was designed to be used alongside your mediumship development and studies.' That is exactly what I and my group plan to do - we already did!I like choosing a a few cards randomly and see if there's a theme for me to focus on. On the bottom of some of the cards is a recommended: Partner Card or Cards to use enhance the lesson.There's plenty of mediumship development books out there - but this deck makes it easy by choosing a different card to focus or work on. These can also be great talking or discussing points for a group or to think about if developing solo.I have to trust the authors with their years of experience in offering this deck.What I think is also wonderful is they have cards on: Nurturing Thyself, Be Of Service, Patience, Empathy, Gratitude, Ethical Awareness, Being Grounded and Time To Heal. What do they have to do with connecting to the Other-side? These are also VERY important lessons for ANY medium, psychic, sensitive, to develop slowly and safely, and vital to the unfoldment of ones ability and..... it makes you a well-rounded and compassionate medium & a healthy one!Taking care of the (vessel) meaning YOU the medium, psychic, or spiritual studies student. will assist in enabling them to be strong in their connection to the Spirit Realm and as always: Be of service to the living.

As an artist, I look for inspired work. The illustrations on these cards lack that. After reading a few cards, I put them all back into the box for return. Not what I’d hoped for.

The color, the details, and the detailed description of the cards are insightful, with good information.

I like these cards the detail in them is nice i can see that they would be good for anyone just understanding their gifts or wanting to explore more on the mediumship side. The cards are a little large to handle but i do have small hands overall i would recommend especially if your doing group development classes or even to just pull your self a card to start your day. I couldn't really see these being used in private readings but they are not Oracle cards they are mediumship tarot cards. So again yes for the purpose of exploring this side I'd really recommend getting them and there is a beautiful wrote out description on the back so if your a beginner you can read through what the cards saying. The little card booklet opens out and explains what the cards are about and you see the authors pictures which is a nice touch oh and the box is lovely easy to use and they came wonderfully wrapped thank you.

Really helpful whether you are learning to develop spiritually yourself or whether you are teaching it. Lots of information on the back of the cards explaining which skill you are fine tuning

A lovely picturesque set of cards, and very informative especially if you would like to strengthen your psychic powers.

Highly disappointed. I find these useless and returned which, has been made a difficult process.
