I have bad gums (due to saliva type) but this stuff seems to keep the gingivitis in check. It stains my teeth, but I reckon it’s better to have stained teeth than to have teeth that are still white as they fall out.

It is alcohol-free, which Dentist suggest. The flavor is mild, unlike some Listerine Mouthwashes.
