I am knocked out by this brilliant book - published in 2012 and I’ve finally come across it trying to teach our granddaughter about our very fragile planet. It’s a fun book that gets the child on board because it’s a pop-up book and you have to try and find the poor sloth whose habitat is being destroyed as he sleeps…………………. Our granddaughter is very nearly 3 and loves it, our daughter says she is starting to understand what is going on and what the book is saying. Top top marks for this essential book for EVERYBODY to read, adult or child to show in a very literal way what’s going on in the rainforests of our world.

An attractive book both to grandparents and our 6 year old

My five- and three year old and I enjoy this book. The pop up cut outs are amazing as well as the hide and seek aspect. Very thought provoking.
