I bought the Perfect Petzzz lifelike pit bull puppy for my 3 year old niece as a birthday present. She’s fascinated with dogs so I thought it would be cool to get her a puppy of her own. The toy is very lifelike looking especially with it’s little included bed. The whole adoption papers thing is a neat little touch and a learning experience about adopting a pet in real life and my niece loved her little dog and named her immediately. The fact that the dog appears to be breathing adds to the lifelike experience. My only concern or criticism is I can see her getting bored with it quickly. While it does look like a very lifelike puppy sleeping, that’s all it does. It lays there and sleeps so it’s not very engaging. It’s not really soft or plush so not the kind of thing you would imagine a kid snuggling up with. I’m not unhappy with the purchase however a more cuddly stuffed puppy is likely in her future.

This product is an absolute nightmare! There is a screw to remove for access to the battery. It takes a D battery of all things. And, once installed, there is no power button! The breathing makes far too much noise, so if this is sitting by you when you're trying to fall asleep, it will drive you mad! Removing a screw each time you'd like to power it off is unacceptable. Running a D battery for NO REASON 24/7/365 is a terrible idea. If this wasn't a Christmas gift from "Santa" I would absolutely return it. Horrible, horrible product.

I bought this for my niece who's family is stationed in Germany. They had to leave their elderly dog (16 years old) with us, since it would have been too difficult for their dog to go on the long journey not to mention quarantine. The pit bull looks just like their Shiloh. The whole family loved this animated, breathing look alike of their beloved Shiloh.

I bought the King Charles for my mom that is currently in a memory care facility. She absolutely loves it. She carries it around with her wherever she goes and is always combing the fur. I think its the best companion for the elderly. The battery doesn’t have a switch to turn it off and on, but I will just change out the battery once in awhile.

Arrived as scheduled and so life like. Highly recommend this adorable pup.

i got one and it was all torn up and almost looked like chewed on.. so i asked for a new one and they gave me a new one that looked so much better.. very disappointed in the first but glad the second came with no charge
