First of all, way to go on the shipping speed! I ordered it 7 days ago. If it was prime it would have arrived 5 days ago. Now it didn't say prime so I bought it anyway. Delievery was supposed to be between today july 10-16th. It arrived today! No notification of delivery either...so I get home and u got a surprise yay! Kuddos to you seller. Oh oh, and you get a freebie! Some spoon measurements which I can use for dressings! Now the product. This will be my second/third bottles. I'm still working on my first one and it's been two weeks now. I know it says 48hours starve yourself and drink only water and you'll loose what seems to be an avg of 8 lbs. Now that would be an easy job if I lived by myself. And this tastes like pineapple orange juice..very good! Yumm About myself, I'm about 5'5" and weight around 144. Im not overweight but there fat in places I wish didn't exist just like everyone else..Now my days, I can starve myself during the first 8 hours of my day since I'm busy at work anyway. But the last 8-10 hrs I can't control unless I isolate myself from everyone and lock myself in my room to sleep only. So here's what I did. I wake up between 1-3am each morning depending on my in-time. Next follows an 8-10hr shift. I do eat. ONCE A DAY. It says not to eat or drink anything but the juice and water. I eat anything as long as it's homemade. So while at work I won't eat anything just lots of water(1-1.5L) plus the juice if I'm feeling hungry. At first I thought it smelled like the paprika that other cleanses have to control hunger. Now I can't tell the difference. So by the time I get to go home I'm starving. I'll drink more water in my way home. Once home I'll have a plate of whatever's home with water. I don't eat past 6-7pm. Then I'm in bed by 8:30-9pm and my next day starts all over again. So I eat once a day and drink water+juice through out the day. Sometimes however. I'm SLEEPY in the mornings because it's too early..so what does one need? CAFFEINE! Which you're not supposed to drink lol..oops. Anyway, if I'm gonna use creamer I might as well get the fat free one. So I switch between that and green tea(celestial with the elephant shape) because it has caffeine. I now have been squeezing my first Bottle waitin for these two additional ones. I say I drink about 4-6oz a day of the juice + 1L water + one meal+ either tea/coffee. Overall, I have not starved myself now the my body has gotten used to not feeling fat all the time. I was told I been loosing weight today! That feels really good let me tell you! I am now at 140lbs..only 4 in two weeks you can say. But hey, I don't have that self control where I can starve for two days when all I see and smell is food at home..perks of moms cookings! I will continue to do this "diet" until I'm done with these two bottles and update my final weight ^-^ And btw, the cleansing part makes your body feel healthy somehow. Not heavy and like all you've eaten is greasy food..try it! Different diets work for different people. This one worked for me. Maybe later I'll go two days with no food on my last bottle..I hope.

I bought this to see if it could help me shed a few stubborn pounds. I followed the directions exactly: no solid foods, only water, plain tea, and plain coffee with no sugar or cream, as well as the juice itself. The taste isn't anything spectacular, it's like a tropical citrus drink from your school cafeteria. The fast wasn’t easy, but staying busy kept my mind off the hunger. I weighed myself before and after, and I lost 5 pounds over the 48 hours. I thought "yeah whatever, it's just water weight, it'll come right back." But six months later, after sticking to my usual exercise routine and no real changes to my diet, I haven’t gained the weight back. I’m pleasantly surprised and plan to buy it again.

I decided to buy this to try it out and use it to jump-start a healthy eating/exercise plan. I started at 120 pounds. After the first day, I lost 2 pounds. The second day, I lost 2 more pounds. So, I got down to 116 and my stomach was very flat. I looked good! However, the first day I went back to eating real food (barely anything, by the way) I gained it all back. I decided to try again the next weekend. I didn't lose any weight at all. When I started eating again, I gained 10 pounds over the next two weeks. And it hasn't gone away!!! I think what happened is that this slowed down my metabolism to think that I was starving, and now my body is holding on to every calorie. I now weigh 130 pounds and am heavier than I have ever been in my life. I have fat hanging off my stomach and all of my clothes are tight. I have exercised heavily every day for a week, and eaten a sensible, low fat, low carb, low calorie diet. I haven't lost an ounce. SOO... I think this could give you a few pounds of weight loss on your wedding day or something, but it is NOT a good choice to jump-start a diet/exercise plan. It has totally sabotaged my plans. I read all bad reviews of this product on another site, but decided to take a chance on the good reviews here at Amazon. I really wish I hadn't.

I bet they thought I'd give a bad review. Well, I won't. I was very irritable as I am dieting and alone with UPS problems ordering this product was slightly inconvenient. If I had lived in the states this product goes for about 15.00-20.00/ bottle. I paid 60.00 for two. When the product finally arrived one bottle was cracked, they decided to refund partial which was disappointing because I really wanted both bottles but grateful I got something back. I really needed to start this my diet has plateaued and I needed to try something. I completed day one losing 4lbs but that was with no exercise , my hunger was there but manageable. Felt a little tired. Second day I had more energy did light exercise haven't weighed myself yet but I can see the difference in my gut. The flavour was okay, like orange juice but a little off. They handled my mood swings through email, very professional and accommodating. If the price goes back down will purchase in the future. You need to follow the instructions with getting all that water down in addition to the product . Overall, very satisfied.

Its taste is not bad, but I felt very much dizziness and anxiety, during those two days.

Never actually had the guts to drink this because I felt sorry for my body. People, let's stop doing this to ourselves and our bodies. There is no magic trick to lose weight, you have to suck it up and exercise and eat better.
