Quick Fajitas Marinade, 8 oz (Pack of 3)

If you're outside of Texas and can't get some great Tex-Mex fajitas, or if you lack the taste buds to discern the perfect combination of spices to make carne asada (which is totally okay), get some Figaro Fabuloso Fajita Marinade. I'll pick up 15 lbs of flank steak from Restaurant Depot, split the package, and pour a whole bottle per steak (which is about 3-4 lbs.) in a vacuum sealed bag. Let that baby marinate for at least 3 hours (24+ hours is better) then grill it, take a tortilla and fill it, add some pico de gallo or salsa fresca, and go to town. Been using this marinade for my carne asada since 2005 and it's never failed. GET SOME.

Best fajitas marinade ! Easy, tasty and good value

I love the flavor of this marinade! It would likely be tasty with beef but I slice chicken into strips, marinade it for a few hours, saute the meat with onions and peppers--chicken fajita burritos! All that's needed are some warm tortillas, cheese, salsa and sour cream.

We have been using Figaro Fajitas for years. It has the best flavor we have found and worth hunting down when your local market stops carrying it. It's not spicy like so many others. You can make it spicy if you choose. For us it's a must have for seasoning meat for Fajitas.

Great taste. A little high in price .

Anyone that has tastes this marinade knows it's the best EVER! When this came, however, I noticed it had s different colored label. No biggie, I thought. Well, a couple days later after breakeing to everyone that I finally found the marinade I had been looking for I prepared steak and shrimp fajitas. I was so excited, that was until after I poured a whole bottle out on my steak,shrimp and veggies. I noticed a burnt smell then I smelled the bottle and it smelled burnt! I tasted a piece of steak, it tasted like the marinade smelled, burnt almost like spoiled. To make sure it wasn't me, I let a dinner guest try the marinade. She recoiled, almost gagged and needed something to drink to wash away the taste! I was able to salvage the food by rinsing it and using a teriyaki marinade instead. I was so disappointed because the right marinade of this is sooooo good but this stuff they sent is no where near the same. Buyers beware!!!

The packaging is not like the picture. I always purchased with the normal label. this packaging came like the Crystal brand , i had to double look to be sure it wasnt.
