Novus Tea English Breakfast (Formerly Kenilworth Ceylon) Tea, 50 Tea Pouches

First tried the product at a restaurant and was enthused. Could only find it on line and ordered a box of fifty. By the time I finished the box I was ready to go back to my Twinning's Darjeeling. Much easier to find and also quite good. The fancy tea bag is impressive though

This is some of the best tasting tea I have ever had. I originally discovered it as the brand of tea a 5 star hotel was using in Toronto. I enjoy the smooth full bodied flavor and the style of tea bag (pouch) helps you to brew a great cup of tea. That said, I ordered two boxes of this tea. In one of the boxes, every single pouch was unsealed; meaning, when I opened the foil bag to remove the tea pouch, there was loose leaves everywhere. As you can imagine this makes brewing single cup tea problematic. It is such a disappointment because the tea is actually really good! Fortunately, my second box does not appear to be suffering from whatever was wrong with the first box and I still have excellent tea to drink. It should also be noted that I have ordered a box previously, and I did not have any problems that time either. I will order once more, but if this problem repeats I will have to stop using this brand. 100 pouches of tea rendered useless would be too much to tolerate. 50 pouches is a very serious concern.

This is an excellent smooth English Breakfast tea. It is not bitter. The pouch is not paper so you can't taste it. It is much smoother than the parent company's tea.

So sad! Novus tea used to be wonderful. It's been about a year since I've ordered any and it's not even close to the same quality of product. Both the English Breakfast and the South Indian Select teas that I purchased recently were bland and tasteless. No better than cheap grocery store tea (but definitely not the cheap grocery store price). What happened to the good stuff???

The Ceylon Kenilworth tea is hard to find and is my wife's favorite. Novus tea pouches worked well and the tea was of excellent quality. Tea was shipped promptly and the package arrived in good shape.

I love this tea and Amazon is the only place I can buy.

A very good quality English Breakfast tea. I'm very picky about tea. This is a winner.
