I was introduced to Victorinox from a friend who simply gifted me a tomato knife from a set gifted to her. Since then I have replaced almost all my knives with the brand and got rid of plenty of other brands that started strong but ended up letting me down. Like squishing my tomatoes when cutting them.They have all proven to be durable, quality, knives that stay sharp. This set cuts through steaks like hot butter. Don’t get me wrong I use them for so much more. They are highly used as they’re functional and versatile for our kitchen.They are light weight and a perfect size.I’ve had no issues with washing them in the dishwasher.For the money, they are worth every bit of it and then some in my opinion. I’m even gifting to friends, spreading the word so others don’t miss out on quality knives like I have for so many years.

I was surprised at how lightweight these knives are. At first glance, the blades are quite thin and the plastic handles look “cheap”. On the contrary, the blades are sturdy and incredibly sharp. The knives are comfortable to hold. For the price, you can’t find better steak knives. I use them for almost anything except large vegetables. This is a trusted company. I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase. I didn’t need anything expensive or fancy. These are perfect.

I am a long-time fan of Victorinox, still made in Switzerland. These steak knives, as all of their knives, are super sharp and handle any type of meat with ease. But they really are multi-funktional: equally excellent for cutting vegetable, especially tomatoes. They even work very well on all types of cheese! The handles are plastic, a comfortable fit for most hands.

I had a set of old stake knives which were slowly disappearing and I wanted to replace them. Had tried a few others and then realized that the small serrated ones were horrible! They tare instead of cut! These are a joy to use! They cut through everything like butter. If Victorinox made a heavier, more luxurious version, perhaps a tad bit thicker balde, I’d be in their waiting list. They are as others say a bit thin and light. The plastic handle is a bit off putting (wish it was just all stainless steel) but believe me… you will shin every other knife you own and want to use inly these. They are “life before them, and life after them”. I highly, highly recommend them! 10 stars!

The media could not be loaded. Very few reviews. If there was more weight and better appearance they'd be 5 star. However, they are ultra sharp and cut through steak like butter. See video...I have the Victorinox 8" chef knife for the last 4 years and it's great so I decided to try these. I'm happy! I'll still be looking for steak knives I am proud of setting, but these will be my everyday streak knives and I know I'll get a lifetime of use from them.We don't put knives on the dishwasher, but to be able to put an everyday streak know in the dishwasher and still have a warranty is fantastic!

These were bought for a gift. They are sharp and sturdy. They were a good deal for the set. I trust the brand and have many kitchen knives of the same brand. No complaints.

We rarely use these as steak knives. We use them for everything else! Cutting vegetables, cheese, meat, etc. The handles are well attached, good quality, comfortable to use and easy to clean. We use them several times every day.

This is the third time I have ordered knives from this company. Reasonably priced. Great quality. Knives come sharp from the company. They keep their edges. Will definitely recommend these knives and be ordering more.
