Amazing
This is a great sous vide container with a hinge lid and compatible sous vide rack. Perfect for use with the Breville Joule and Anova Culinary precision cookers. This container is made from high quality materials and construction, and is very easy to use. The lid fits snugly and securely, and the container is deep enough to accommodate large food items. Great purchase
The size is perfect and the material is strong. The lids seem a bit flimsy but they don't take a beating and I've had no issues. My sous vide didn't fit the lid that was shipped and Everie sent one to fit immediately. Great company and good product!

Much better than a pot!
Great product, did as advertised. I like the metal rack that keeps food submerged. Would be perfect if they put some small rubber pads on bottom so hot water not sitting directly on my counter but I just set it on 2 pot holders instead. Can't imagine what the more expensive products do that this doesn't!

Works Great for Sous Vide!
Perfect fit for my breville Joule. It does a good job of limiting evaporation. I cooked pork shoulder for 24 hours at 165 degrees for carnitas and did not need to top off water. The pork shoulder was 4lbs boneless and I would say there was still some extra room, but it would get tight for anything bigger.

Container hole too small
The container product itself is fine, but the size of the hole on the lid is not specified and my sous vide is too wide to fit through the lid. Would be helpful if they disclose the diameter of the lid hole as many sous vide machines are too thick for this particular product/or if they offered various thicknesses for the container lids. Make sure your sous vide is skinny enough to fit prior to purchasing this product. Overall good quality though, just a sizing issue.
