It's a perfect and economic pressure rice cooker. It does a function for "slow cooker" as well. Recommended for a mid-sized to a large-sized family.

So far, it is my favorite rice cooker. I ve had many brands but this is my 4th cuckoo, and am so glad I purchased this one. Not too many unneeded options.This one is legible, can see the markings in the rice pot it's white and stands out from the black finish of their pots. Most of them are all black and I can't see anything but this one! No problem !!Bought as a used item as were all the other purchases I've made on amazon, very minor scratches on heat pad in cooker that's it, it's perfect condition works well and easy to use!!,10 cup cooker is bigger than I would like but quality for this price, hard to beat!!!Seals incredibly tight, great water catch (big) well thought out in design and configuration had similar unit but this unit is superior to 5 qt unit I had returned, so glad I did.Lid doesn't fly up with force as the other units do when opened. Better visibility of controls and it comes with a rice paddle holder.Now if they could include retractable cord and a lid that doesn't jump out at you ! Japanese models are better optioned in that regard.I think it would elevate their user friendly critics. Japanese rice cookers seem more detailed in user functionality and ease of use!For me it'sa 10 +++Unit is 18 lbs I believe, so it is well made !!!Very happy with this item!!!!!!!Highly recommend

Cooks good, but takes longer than expected

This model is one without voice notification for less price. Which is fine by me.Turbo mode is great for white rice. 8 cups of Brown, Gaba, and Mixed rice takes about 2 hours to cook.

Do not buy this product from this seller at all. It says it has a warranty for the product for a year but only a half of the statement is true. It only covers for the coocker but inner pot is not warrantied. The burnt inner pot due to the malfunction of the coocker is not covered and I have to spend $100 to order a new one. You can easily find other reviews about the inner pot.

My mom recommended this and overall it works well—it’s easy to use and does the job. However, it's much larger than I expected, which makes it a bit bulky for my kitchen. If you have enough counter space, it could be a good choice.

Korea rice cooker is the best ! I recommend
