It's excellent, it looks great the delivery was fast. It looks lovely with my new white sink . So pleased.

Good for price...feels solid
I had this installed professionally. It doesn't retract easily but think that is down to design of pipes underneath. Plumber had to use his parts as ones supplied did not fit

One star review was given in error, however.....
Hi all. I left a one star review by accident, so please ignore it. Sorry supplier!! These taps are now fitted and sadly the 'tool free' fitting doesn't do the job it is supposed to. In theory, it should have made my life that bit easier but in reality the taps are not held securely enough and swivel when I try to move the outlet. I will now have to dismantle the fixings underneath my kitchen worktop and secure it with a metal nut, using a spanner! That said the taps do look quite nice and were the only white ones I could locate. Previously I reported:- Taps not fitted yet so cannot comment except to say that on initial inspection they do appear to be just what I wanted.

Very disappointed as I have to buy a new tap!!
I have had this for 2 x months and the tap has fallen apart, not at all impressed and I would like my money back!

Lock down nightmare!!
Not a bad tap for the money in all honesty, however, one of the connectors included was faulty and trying to get a replacement in the middle of lockdown was more than a little challenging!!! Had to replace the tap as it had sheared off so I couldn't refit the old one, and could spend lockdown having to use the bathroom to get hot water, was hands etc. A 60mile round trip later whilst trying to keep to social distancing plus the cost of a new a part........ lesson learned!!!
