Nice product...
I loved the product. Now that The arms are loose, I have to get a new one or something else. I am a guy that would like to keep using a thing that I like and therefore expect it to be long-lasting... I guess having lasted 8 months, I should not expect more out of a product bought from Amazon?

Ball mount breaks if continually turned
Mount is cheap hollow plastic.If you turn you phone sideways and then upright often it will break after a few months.Im on my third one.Cheap. Waste of money.

it looks great, the side arms are strong but sadly it doesnt change
This product is a great phone stand and maybe it should have been marketed as one rather than a phone stand that also has wireless charging capabilities . I tried charge my iPhone XR but nothing would happen. I have other wireless charging products that charge my phone just fine. I am currently debating on whether I want to keep it or return it as the sole purpose of the purchase to be able to charge me phone and have a reliable phone holder when im on the go. With that that said I love how the arms open up and close and how it holds my phone tightly.

Works great for phone w/o case
Phones with case is usually too big to stay attached. Otherwise wotks great.

Not as great as I was hoping
This is a decent enough car mount. The sensor goes on the fritz quite a lot and opens and closes about 5 or 6 times before quieting down again for a couple hours. The charge isn't as fast as I'd like. I use my phone for work and listen to audiobooks on youtube at the same time while I'm driving and it more maintains the battery life instead of charging it. My phone is about 4 or 5 years old so it could be just my phone battery is the cause of the slow charge.

For a while it was working good like 8 months then the hanger find a problem

This thing is awesome
This thing is so high tech and cool. Love how the arms are automatic. Two things. You got to make sure you stick it in the vent of your car correctly otherwise your phone and the holder will go flying when you take a turn too sharp LOL. The wireless charging works but while I was driving it disconnected and reconnected several times. Overall, I think the value for money is totally worth it and I love it.
