Americolor Soft Gel Paste Food Color, .75-Ounce, Lemon Yellow

I bought this yellow food coloring for a birthday cake I was making, and it worked perfectly. The color came out bright and rich without needing to use a ton of product. Just a few drops gave me the perfect sunny yellow I was going for — not too neon, not too dull. The bottle was easy to control, so I didn’t overdo it, and it blended evenly into frosting and batter without clumping or streaking. I also used it to tint some cookie dough and it baked beautifully. One thing I really liked is that it didn’t have any weird taste or smell — sometimes food coloring can have a chemical aftertaste, but this didn’t affect the flavor at all. Would definitely buy again — especially for holiday cookies and themed cakes. Great value and great results!

I ordered it because I thought it was a real yellow not a clear orange! It totally screwed up my customer's candy apples, in which I ended up eating the cost of my products!😠
