Comfortable!
Super comfortable. I have a terrible pregnancy thrombosed hemorrhoid and it’s given me so much relief. I had another circle cushion I like but this one is more comfortable. The self blow up feature doesn’t work but I don’t mind blowing it up myself because it’s comfortable and easy to carry. The ice packs don’t really help my bottom but will be nice for my vagina once I give birth.

Not Worth the Money
I purchased this cushion because I had heard great things about it and knew I needed something to help relieve the pain I’ve been experiencing since giving birth 9 days ago. The cushion arrived today and when my husband went to inflate it for me, we found a leak in the seam right by the valve to inflate/deflate the cushion so it loses air anytime you put pressure on it, making it pointless to use. I tried multiple times to return it through Amazon as I’m having my husband purchase one from the pharmacy at the hospital instead, but Amazon doesn’t want to give me return options, just options to troubleshoot the issue or contact the manufacturer. Don’t waste your money on this one!

Must-have for postpartum
This was a lifesaver after my delivery. It was easy to carry room to room, and held its inflation. The auto-inflate didn't work well, but it only took a couple breathes to fill it.

Auto inflate didn't really work.
This pillow did help with my pain after having an episiotomy. Soooo much better than the plastic donut one that you get at the hospital. I never needed to use the ice pack feature though. My only complaint that led me to return the product is the auto inflate feature didn't work well. When flat I basically had to manually blow it up instead.

The Seat to Beat all Hemorrhoid Pain
After Birth I felt like I had sat on a jellyfish. OUCH! The discreet nature of this cushion and it's range of features provided plenty of options for postpartum care. I love how easily it can be deflated and folded so I can tuck it into my diaper bag or bring it to work with me. Even better, as a germophobe I love that its cover can be tossed in the washing machine. This pillow is versatile too making it worth the price tag. For example, if you want cool relief you simply flip it over to one side and use the cooling gel pack it comes with. If pressure relief is what your privates desire flip it over to its other side. This is the seat you want to help you be able to take a stand against the pain associated with postpartum recovery.

Did the job, doesn’t hold as much air anymore
This did the job for me for like 6 weeks postpartum. I used it daily just as a cushion & did easily travel with it once. It’s now starting to lose air quickly after sitting in it for only a few minutes & I have to blow it up every time I use it. Quite unfortunate given the price of this thing. Also, the ice pack feature sounds wonderful, but is honestly a little unnecessary unless you’re sitting on this wearing only your underwear (which I’m assuming if you’re using this your underwear is also stuffed with a giant pad). You can’t really feel the cold through all those layers — better to just stick a postpartum ice pack into your undies :)If I were redoing my purchase, I’d just get a simple donut pillow.

Uncomfortable and Not Helpful at All
I had high hopes for this donut pillow, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. Even when fully inflated, it felt rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable to sit on — definitely not what you want when dealing with hemorrhoids or postpartum pain.Instead of providing relief, it actually made things feel worse. There’s no softness or give to it at all, and it ended up putting more pressure in the wrong areas. I gave it a try for a couple of days, hoping it would get better, but no luck.I ended up having to order a different cushion with a much softer, memory foam design — and that made a big difference. This one just didn’t do the job and was a waste of money for my needs.Would not recommend if you’re looking for real comfort or any kind of pressure relief.
