I love Chiltepin peppers. I lived in Mexico for a while and even had a tree that grew these chilies. This salsa is very flavorful and true to the unique flavor of the Chiltepin. Not overpowering, a good heat. If you are familiar with Chile, you know. I usually like it dried and sprinkled on. I gave this salsa a try as I had never seen it before. I will buy it again. It was that good. Good Quality too.

Greatest hot sauce, but not in most stores. Set of six, decent price done deal. Buy it you will not regret it I swear. Nice compliment to your other hot sauces due to the flavor profile.

This is my favorite hot sauce I've ever had in my whole life. The flavor is so hard to describe. The first time I tasted it I was really surprised. It's really rich and savory without being heavily spicy. It's got a flavor profile that I've not encountered before which is why I love it so much. It's good for those of you who are not into super spicy sauces. If I were to describe the heat I would say it's just warm at best so don't worry about it being too overwhelming. One thing I don't like about Salsa Picante Negra is that the 5 oz bottle is far too small and the family goes through these little bottles too quickly. It's still worth having in my house. Mexico Lindo, please make this in a larger bottle like you do your other sauces! Do not hesitate trying this salsa. It's so different from everything else and I don't think you'll regret the purchase.

Both the green and red are VERY tasteful. They are less expensive then other 'hot sauces' w so much less Flavor. The only minus is that they are not hot enough. Even so, use them on almost all my food to make it taste better. If you love Harbanaro sauce, these are fantastic. It they were hotter, they'd be perfect. Worth trying. Wait for a sale, as always, lol.

I was skeptical seeing this Chile as a hot sauce, but this is one of the best out there. I am a huge fan of Cholula and this is about as good. It's slightly hotter and has that distinct Petin flavor.
