perfect size for our pond
Easy to install and relatively easy to clean out. Very effective and keeps our pond nice and clear.

Great pump
I really like this pump because it’s all in one- pump, filter and uv. Easily cleaned. The only reason I’ve docked a star is I’ve been very unlucky and they only seem to last 18 months- maybe this one will last longer.

Avoid this seller! Poor customer service!
Bought this pump for our pond 6th June 2024 and we’re still without a pump 9th Aug!! The pump has been back and forth with various issues and each time we have been basically fobbed off. The UV light didn’t work then it kept tripping our household electrics. We opened the pump to find water in the UV light showing the seal to be ineffective. The company have done nothing and given us only 80% of our payment as a refund saying there wasn’t water. Of course it’d dried by the time it was retuned to them but here it is and water in the seal is very clear. Very poor customer service and to only receive a partial refund is an insult when the pump is clearly faulty. We remain without a pump 2 months on!

Damaged but still works
This is the downside of online ordering.The pump was damaged inside, assembly error which broke some webbing.I would have returned it had I brought it locally .Didn’t want to go through the hassle of sending it back

Seems to be working so far
My pond was very green and I could hardly see my fish. I purchased this pond pump when my other water fountain died as I decided to try and clean the water as well as keep it aerated. I was a bit concerned that the holes in the outer cover would capture tadpoles and tiny fish so I added some fine netting over the top. Did not find any dead tadpoles so was pleased with that. I do have to clean the pump and filters thoroughly each week but that is probably down to the fact that my water was not the best in the first place. No instant results but it is definitely starting to clean the water and my fish can now be seen well below the surface. Hopefully the cleaning frequency will lessen as the pond gets cleaner. I did consider the possibility that I should have ordered a larger pump but I struggled to accurately measure the water capacity of my pond. However, judging by the amount of 'muck' that it collects weekly it is certainly doing its job. All in all I am pleased with the product.
