I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband because my husband loves this brand of Birch Beer. It arrived earlier than expected and no bottles were broken.

The customer service is fantastic!! Had a problem with my order and then handled it in a quick and professional matter. My granddaughter had one of their root beers drinks at a local restaurant and couldn’t stop raving about it was the best root beer she’s ever had. So I bought her some for her birthday.

Great taste. Company packs this with utmost care. Because it is so expensive. I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5

Fast delivery and great product

Great original choice of soda different from the main brands.

Cream soda (especially diet) can be bitter or have an aftertaste. Only 2 don't- Boylan's and Dr Brown's diet.. but they are both hard to find. I did find the packaging to be inadequate- they have the bottles separated with heavy cardboard but the actual shipping box was torn when I got it, so it wasn't sturdy enough. If you really like diet cream soda, this is sort of the deluxe brand and price of that. Request extra padding and a stronger box when you order!

This soda used to be a favorite, but during the last year, it has an odd aftertaste. Found this to be the case in grocery stores, and now online. The Birch Beer is still great, but the black cherry tastes tainted. I won't take the chance buying another dozen, or even one bottle with this very odd aftertaste. Recently, Martinelli had a similar problem with their once great apple juice. Don't buy that one either. My loss.

When I saw the words, “Birch beer” I was hoping it would taste like the old royal castle, birch beers… But it didn’t. It’s good but not the best. The best was Royal Castle and I don’t think I’ll ever find that again.
