Great computer wonderful service
This replaces a 10 year old desktop and couldn't be happier. Worked right out of the box with very little bloat ware. No problems with set up. Had high expectations for this computer and was not disappointed. Super fast wireless and connected to blue tooth headset without problems. Tech Wizards actually responded to emails with a phone call and helped me through my issues and questions. A great computer and fabulous service.

Fast.
Using Windows 11 this computer is very fast. Using 5 monitors with an additional adapter and it works great. All monitors are 4K.

Nice unit.
Had to blow away windows to install Ubuntu. Would have preferred a unit with no OS and a discount for no windows.

product is overpriced and not user friendly
this unit is a replacement for windows 10 unit which had to replaced due to a lightning strike power surge. so many functions do not work properly. why when i searched a windows 10 unit did this product come up in the search. its a windows 11 unit which has many problems. i have no return ? now i am looking for another unit. Amazon should step in and fix this.

Very Impressed
Was very pleasantly surprised at how professional this process completed. The Nuc arrived as estimated, and the complete packaging was fantastic. Paper work included all PC information, Windows information and sticker, etc. This went about like it would have if I had my local PC shop do a computer build for me. My NUC is up and running perfectly, including my Thunderbolt dock. The installed components are absolutely top tier. I would highly recommend Tech Wizards.

Solid machine, extremely good support from seller
Solid 10th generation NUC, running cool even under high CPU load. Fast NVMe drive, and plenty of RAM.Special commendation to the seller, Tech Wizards at the Lake. I had a problem setting up the machine due to an issue with my Office365 provider. Rick spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone helping me, even though we eventually discovered the problem was really on the Office365 provider's side. Thanks to him, I did get everything up and running.

Fantastic Customer Support
The NUC came as expected and worked fine. I had an issue with a BIOS update, My fault. Rick and team helped me right out. They even got on the phone with me. Unheard of these days. I've worked for major tech companies like Dell and they could learn a thing or two about support from the TechWizards!!Would buy again in a heart beat!!Matt
