Max Steel Halloween Sensations Max Steel Costume

I ordered this costume for my 7y.o who loves Max Steel. Dont get me wrong, the costume itself, perceptively, looks great, Medium size fits well with room for an avg 7y.o, and an accurate representation of the character... which is the sole reason it received one star. However, the quality of EVERYTHING is GARBAGE ! Like i mentioned, my son is 7 which means ive had my share of costumes and i have accepted that most, especially the superhero characters, will be super thin fabric so added layers under are necessary... but the fact the mask came damaged and a huge BLUE INK BLOB was on the main white part of the chest is what really heated me. I saw the reviews about the damaged masks but took the risk due to this being sold out everywhere and I figured he'd be fine as he only wears masks for photo purposes anyway, but for the money you pay for that in addition to a dirty / stained item with permanent marker !?! Thats straight unacceptable. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

The costume is what it is...a cheap mask with a one-piece suit (most costumes are just that). If you see it in a store and everything is intact...it's probably an awesome costume. However, the mask is so cheap it was completely destroyed when it got to us (don't know if that's from how it was stored or shipping). It was bent in half and flattened and irreparably dented in many places. My son was so excited to be Max Steel for Halloween this year but...as it's completely destroyed, we will have to return it.

Mask came very flimsy and mask strap broke out the box. It's almost good to wear for an afternoon and then the mask strap wont hold up from taking on and off. It's really disappointing. I expected a little more. The out fit was ok but he mask is the key. I mean what 8yrold wants to wear just the outfit. Lesson learned. DON'T BUY FROM THIS VENDOR AGAIN.

It worked well for Halloween, and my son really liked it. I only gave it three stars because compared to the other costumes we have purchased in the past it did not last very long. The velcro in the back pulled on the cloth and damaged it after he put it on a few times. It could definitely have been made of better quality material. The mask came a bit dented and is very flimsy.

The mask came broken and chipped. We contacted manufacture, they promptly replaced. The replacement came even more broken and chipped than the first one. We ended up throwing it away. This was a birthday present for our nephew.

My son loved the costume, BUT it was off center and poorly made. Fortunately he is young enough that he didn't care, but it was a little ridiculous. Steel was up on his shoulder instead of being in the center of his chest.

The costume could be better.

The costume is alright, its no different than one you would buy from the store except the mask is very cheap thin plastic. My son loves costumes and max steel so I got this for him for christmas and the mask only lasted him a month.

very disappointed my son so excited but it arrived with a tear on the mask and stitching open on the costume lett me know if you can replace with a new one with mo defects please

Quality really rubbish. Very thin and small on size. Not worth paying £8 never mind £18! :-( Better costumes out there.

No estaría mal en relación calidad/precio si la máscara fuese de mejor calidad, sobre todo el plástico, al menos en nuestro caso no se ve apenas con ella, pero lo peor es que ha llegado DEFORMADA, como se puede ver en las imágenes que he subido, parece hasta casi usada. He solicitado que me la reemplacen o tendré que devolverlo todo. Espero que me respondan pronto, gracias.
