Great for backyard mechanic. Nice long cable. Easy to use and link to my smartphone. Saved $300 on first use. Directed me to the probable failed component, linked to part on Amazon. I googled installation instructions and decided to attempt myself.

Good tool at a reasonable price. Easy to use and so far has worked well.

Nice product, but unfortunately it didn't work on the airbag codes for my 1998 Toyota 4runner.

Retired from automotive in 2009, was a tech for 30+ years. A dealership tech for GM. Since then I have not needed any type of tools except for a updated scanner. I just wanted to scan my vehicles just to check the data stream. I went with this one, Innova 5410. I am getting better with t's features. Since I was a diagnostician, I finally "just wanted to play" again. The unit is very good. The ONLY thing I regret, was NOT getting the 5610 - bidirectional unit that can do what I was used to doing. Oh well..

Will not work on a Porsche. Call the 800-number to confirm I wasn't doing something wrong, and they confirmed it will not work on any Porsche.

This code reader is ok it doesn’t work for what I need it for on my truck . But it does do all the other things it should. You should make sure you do all your research on the vehicles and the things that it does on the year model your vehicle. I had to do so deep digging to get the answer that it does not work on mine for what I got it for . Other then that it good
