Healthy eating includes a diet rich in fiber, and I get mine using Konsyl, which has no added sugar or artificial sweeteners like some other brands. The individual packets, while pricey, are nice when traveling.

This a great product and is effective. I have used for years. Having the little individual packets is great for travel.

Ordered this as an alternative to all the products that have additional junk added such as sweeteners, fillers, and the like. The individually packaged servings make it very convenient to take to work. I mix it in a 16oz. water bottle and, initially, did just the packet. The taste made it readily apparent why others add so much stuff to theirs, LOL. I now mix it with a drink mix packet with no artificial sweeteners added and it is doable. DO NOT add to coffee as I have done with others, it tuned into a gelatinous blob in the bottom of the cup. So far, best results have been with plain old cold water. I'll update with any significant changes as I use it more. **Only update: this is no longer available anywhere and had to switch to the orange flavor. It is barely flavored and I have reduced the amount of water to probably about 8 oz. to make it palatable, followed by another 8-10 oz. to wash it down.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but after I started taking this at night, I have never been so regular in my life. I used to go 5-7 days without going to the bathroom and this husk has changed my life. Totally recommend to anyone who has problems being regular.

Good fiber. My Gastroenterologist said that it is better than Met...ucil because of the way the senna is processed, more active. These little packets are perfect for traveling. We just drove 4000 miles from the East Coast to the West Coast and these were perfect for the trip. We used a milk foamier (like a tiny one bladed mixer) and it mixed quickly. No fiber is really tasty, even the flavored ones, so I added a little sugar. Konsyl is a little more expensive than the generic but mixes better and no gritty texture.
