Essential for Mom Brain Recovery – Clean, Effective, and Burp-Free!
Four years after baby, and this prenatal DHA is still my go to for keeping the chaos in check. Two small soft gels deliver 900mg of EPA/DHA from wild Alaskan pollock pure, tested for contaminants, and zero fishy aftertaste (huge win for my picky gut). It's boosted my focus and kept moods steady through endless toddler tantrums. Premium price, but the quality shines. Every busy mama needs this in her arsenal! Highly recommend.

Highest quality, even comes in a glass bottle!
These are excellent. My doctor suggested I start taking prenatal vitamins plus these for two months, before trying to conceive. So I bought the bottle with 120 softgels to "see how it goes." It's been three weeks and I'm very impressed with the high quality, no fishy burps AT ALL, and the added bonus that I love: the vitamins come in a glass bottle! No worrying about BPA plastic or the closely related polycarbonate plastic (number 7 in the recycling symbol). I'm trying to do the best for my body and prepare it for a healthy pregnancy and Wiley's Finest has very thoughtfully rejected the use of plastic to house the softgels. I'm very impressed with this company and their commitment to quality - - everything from the bottle to the fish oil used, the molecular distillation and purification techniques used, certified sustainable fishing, etc. etc. I was not compensated in any way for this review, by the way. I simply think that credit should be given where credit is due. I'm excited to continue taking these leading up to my pregnancy, throughout my pregnancy, and while breastfeeding.

Amazing DHA pills!
I've been taking these for a few months. I found this one on sale, the two month is cheaper than the one month/three month. Wait around for the sales! I recommend taking these pills with a bigger meal.. say your dinner so you won't get any fish burps. Size wise, they're pretty big. In the picture I'm comparing them to an altoid. Hope this helps!

A very good option for pregnant women in my opinion
I did a little research on prenatal fish oil supplements and am pretty happy with this brand. I have now used it for about one year. Several reasons I like it are that I don't get any fish burps unlike with other fish oils I've tried (this appears to depend on person to person as I see some reviewers report burps), there is no need to refrigerate this oil, and so far I have tolerated it very well before and during my pregnancy (I am in the 5th month). It's a bonus that the oil comes from fish which was sustainably caught and is wild, and is tested to be mercury free. The softgels are somewhat large, but so are my prenetal supplement tablets and so I am used to it. Some people have mentioned they take only one of the softgels per day - sometimes I also do this but I feel my reason is simply that I don't feel like taking two big softgels. In addition to this oil I do eat fish about once a month just because I love it so much. Most prenatal information sources advise against certains kinds of fish, including tuna, but it is tuna that I have about once a month. After discussing this it with my prenatal care practitioner I feel encouraged that there is no need to avoid tuna altogether because I'd need to eat a huge amount to get a harmul dose of mercury into my body. Of course this is a personal decision for pregnant women, but I just wanted to share that I do supplement (or rather substitue) this fish oil source with actual fish once a month or so.

Quality
It comes from a good source. But like most fish oil I tend to switch around so that my body doesn’t get used to the same dosage.

originally put of by the smell BUT
When I first opened the bottle I was immediately put off by the fishy smell and thought I was sent a rancid batch. So I decided to put them to the test to see if they were spoiled. Long story short they aren’t spoiled and the fish oil they use in these pills are of HIGH QUALITY. Also when I took one it didn’t taste fishy at all and I didn’t burp any fishy burps at all.

Good Deal!
Good deal on the larger bottle compared to what you can find in stores. I find this doesn't have a fishy smell and is easy to take!
