Convenient but the flavour tastes like cough syrup
D3 oral sprays are much more easier to consume than pills but go for another flavours.

I was having really bad hair loss for awhile and I read somewhere that K2 is one of the essential vitamin to stop hairloss and after starting it I can already see my hair is falling less than before, also my joints are feeling better too, its good that they used spray instead of a pill as it absorbs faster and feel like a mouth freshener.
