A Kid-Friendly Way to Talk About Big Feelings
Angry Ninja is a hit in our home and classroom! It gives kids a simple, relatable way to understand anger—and most importantly, what to do with it. The story is short, engaging, and filled with bright, expressive illustrations that hold kids’ attention. I love how it teaches coping strategies without being preachy. It helps normalize emotions and gives kids tools to handle them. Perfect for social-emotional learning, bedtime talks, or as a calm-down corner book. Part of a great series for building emotional smarts!

Coping Skills for the win
I'm so excited to share this book with my elementary school students. As a School Social Worker, I frequently work with students who struggle with anger and fighting. This is a great resource to add to my library, as it provides children with coping skills they can use to independently cope with frustrating events.I also love the fact that the book helps children identify changes in their body when they are feeling angry. Students love the rhyming prose, the bright, colorful pictures, and the relatable characters.

SOOOO HELPFUL
The story is a bit above my 3 year old's head but the tactic for cooling off has been a gamechanger in our house. The angry ninja is taught to say "Relax", take three deep breaths, then count to 10. We've now been telling our little one to take three deep breaths and count to 10 when he is on the verge of a meltdown. IT IS WORKING. He is able to diffuse and move on to something else. I wish the book were written to a younger audience (I am constantly changing words as we go so we understands), but teaching my son a new "Super Power" for when he's angry has been wonderful.

Perfect Growth Mindset
So one of my amazing children has ODD and it causes him to not be able to control his moods/feelings. So we practice different techniques and learn how to voice what our moods or feelings are. When I found this book series I thought, oh this might help him but also all my other kids. Because, kids no matter the age need to know how to help their moods. The illustrations in this book are amazing and colorful. It really draws your attention to the book. The text in this book is also equally amazing. They talk about how over times things start to make you more angry and over time it can cause you to blow up. Which for a kid with ODD that is often very common. Anyways, my kids really liked this story and actually we all practice using the technique they talk about in the book. I highly recommend checking this book out.

You Won't Be Angry For Long
This book is an amazing book because it shows that something so simple could help you child with anger. It sounds simple but it will be hard for them to get use to doing. I highly recommend this book for all children who gets angry. You Won't Be Angry For Long I highly recommend this book for adults who get angry.Angry Ninja is angry at his sister for not asking before using his jumping rope. He got very angry and it exploded. Later Positive Ninja went to play with Angry Ninja and He saw that Angry Ninja was about to explode his anger. He took him aside to talk. What did he say? Did it help him? Did it help you? Reading/listening is the best way to find out the words of Positive Ninja. Happy read/listening!!!!!

Imagine-play that the doll destroys the book in a fit of rage.
I would give the doll 5 stars...its hilarious. Had lots of fun with the stuffed toy. The book would be 0 stars. The book is really bad - mostly because its too short, no story and the method for managing anger is not good - go tell people they made you angry. And then what? My 5 year old niece said the book is "boring". Totally worth the purchase for the doll though which is likely the intent given the collection.
