Flexible sharp and fast.

I've had a ceramic peeler like this for several years and have looked for more but haven't found any in the stores near me. They are sharp, lightweight, ergonmic and very easy to use.I'm very happy with my purchase.

One of the peelers had a broken blade....not protected in the package. The other one is great !

I have been using a ceramic peeler for years. The one I'd had for about three years broke. I had forgotten what it was like to use a traditional vegetable peeler. This peeler is a little larger than the one I had but still fits in my hand fine. It is sharp and it's nice there were two in the package.

I had a ceramic peeler for years, which I loved and used all the time. It finally broke - probably from overuse - and so I had to replace it. I ordered two of these, and while waiting for them to arrive I went to the local store and bought a steel version. It worked, but I was so glad when these arrived. They are sturdy, easily gripped, and amazingly sharp. They peel off just the skin, even one as thin as a cucumber. I have used it to peel a rutabega, and a pear, and it works just as well on both. I would definitely recommend these peelers. Buy two, so that you always have a clean one around when the other one is in the dishwasher.
