This product was sent with no operating instruction or any software and therefore cannot be used, a complete waste of money

Software
This device comes in excellent condition.Not happy with not receiving the software CD as shown in the add picture. Instructions tells to download the software. On doing so, pop up advice tells you continue at your own risk as this would be from an unknown source that can will have access to change your computer settings.Not Happy.....
