eTextbook does NOT have page #s like print edition!! MISSING 602 of 619 page numbers!!!!
This is NOT a content review. Content seems fine though I'm not done yet. This is the eTextbook review -- the description at the Amazon listing distinctly says "In this edition, page numbers are just like the physical edition". They are NOT EVEN CLOSE. The book only has page #s for the following pages: 1, 13, 49, 74, 114, 173, 229, 251, 279, 304, 354, 395, 423, 451, 477, 510, 539 -- which correspond basically with the start page of each chapter -- all the remaining page #s and any form of print page delineation for 602 pages is TOTALLY MISSING.I've tried it on Kindle for Cloud, Kindle for Android App, and Kindle Paperwhite -- in Kindle for Cloud, the Go To Page option is grayed out. In Kindle for Android and Kindle Paperwhite, you can only go to the 17 page numbers I listed above -- put in any other page number, like one cited to you by your professor, and the device doesn't budge at all. This renders the device useless for citations in papers, except MAYBE in the rare circumstance that your professor permits you to cite Amazon's proprietary-seeming "Location" number. I've literally wasted my money and will have to buy the book again in order to do any of sort of specific page citations. DON'T BUY THE ETEXTBOOK UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS FIXED!!!

Good book, just little too worn
The book was GREAT but the condition was a little worn for my liking.

The best book on global issues
The most valuable attempt ever made to understand and explain the geography of globalization. This wholly updated 7th edition presets us a deeper analysis on time to follow the debate on what can or not can be done to fix many things in this interconnected world.

Phenomenal book !
Prof. Dicken has written a phenomenal book on the depth, complexities and contours of the global economy, in a way that is easily comprehensible for non-economists. I highly recommend it for all readers interested in learning about the global context in which we live.

Read more- eat less
Good read, good reference. Buy it, get smarter, the world's in a heap of dung, at least you can gain a little knowledge along the way, probably won't save you, but it's better than video games.

Read this book and you will be better off when reading the business headlines everyday
Read this book and you will be better off when reading the business headlines everyday. I have always been a big geography buff, but understanding the economic geography was great fun and illuminating. A must read to know the world we live in.
