I found these to be quite powerful... having the effects of prescription stimulants and benzos. it's crazy actually. I am concerned to be honest that it's possibly too high a dose for me. be careful and do your research. anything works on a case by case basis. if you struggle with depression and anxiety I would recommend trying this as it might really help.

A great product. I didn't find out how good their 5-HTP was until I tried another product, which was supposedly stronger but did not work at all, whereas Supplemented's 5-HTP does get me a night's sleep.It won't overcome the affects of caffeine or alcohol but as long as I don't have either of them, I get a solid night's sleep. Highly recommended.When I first started taking Supplemented's 5-HTP, it didn't seem to work but I read a few blogs etc. and found people take a "loading" dose, a bit like creatine, then it works. I took 4/night until I was sleeping well, then 3/night for a week, 2/night and now 1/night, although the original packaging recommended 2/night and were in white vs. clear capsules. I'm not sure what was changed but the important thing is they work, whereas others don't, so if you have tried other 5-HTP products that didn't work for you maybe this one will.

Caused Serotonine Syndrome and almost died Don't take if you have any SSRI and ADHD medications + thyroid issues.Otherwise, it made me sleep well but the next day was horrifying.

Have been on these 3 monthsI’m on antidepressants from Doctor fro over 20yrs and was feeling down in general so I decided to try these ...Mood is much better and I’m feeling more positive not sure about sleeping more but a sledgehammer WOULDNT make me sleep.Make sure ur Doctor knows ur taking these, I’m still talking my prescription antidepressant but these have given it a boost!!!! 😁

I was taking 200mg in tablet form but thought these may be ok, however I have had a lot of side effects since taking these, heart but all night every night and serious insomnia, so much so it’s affected my health, I have only taken a weeks wort but I would strongly advise against these, I just hope they haven’t caused permanent damage, will have to have tests now on my heart etc??

These haven’t fixed my insomnia but I can’t deny they’ve helped considerably. Getting back to sleep in the middle of the night is definitely easier and I feel more rested in the morning. like others have mentioned, I’ve noticed an improvement in hormonal sensitivity with other symptoms. I do find if I take two a day it works better though.
