An Excellent Read!
I learned a lot about managing stress and how stress isn't a bad thing like society lets us believe. I learned tips for putting stress to work for me and to power through and use stress as a motivation to succeed. The book uses studies, third-party stories, and the author's own experiences to showcase the benefits of stress in our lives. I would recommend this book to anyone who thinks that stress is overwhelming their lives. It's a great book to change your mindset!
