Have been using this for about 4 weeks upon recommendation from a hair salon and I have to say I have noticed a change of texture in my hair. My hair is super fine and thin (partially genetics and partially thyroid) but it has been so dry and unmanageable for years - greasy at the roots and like frizz at the ends. I now only have to wash my hair every other day and its soft and has volume. Too early to say yet if its helping to slow the shed or my hair is just in a growing phase but I'm going to continue to use it!

I purchased this product because it contains Menthyl Lactate. Another shampoo I have been using for years had the same ingredient and definitely worked well for preventing hair loss and a modest growth of new hair. I switched because I wanted to get away from sulfates in the shampoo. However, with this product my hair started falling out rapidly. Each day I would find about the same amount of hair around the shower drain that I would normally lose in about a week, and this continued every day for two weeks until I stopped using it. Thankfully, a few days after stopping, my hair loss returned to normal amounts. I’m not convinced of the authenticity of this product given the negative effect it had on my hair. Definitely would NOT recommend.
