Product packaging was good. Instructions ok but I would have preferred a larger picture identifying the water inlet. It heated up quickly and was easy to use. Made my wrinkled dresses crease free on one or two passes. Much gentler on fabric than an iron that can make things shiny. Great price. Next day delivery. Thank you.

Have not long received this and only used it once and was very pleased with the result.The stopper and the water container have to be firmly and correctly inserted or the water leaks out and causes a mess. I found inserting it a bit tricky. Once properly assembled it worked well and made a really good job. I used it on a double layer chiffon top which was very badly creased even after ironing. The steamer removed even the most stubborn creases.

A steamer has one job and it’s to remove creases which it didn’t do. The machine itself sounded like it was struggling. I work in luxury fashion so I’m trained in steaming so know how to do it properly and how the garment should turn out but this didn’t make the creases go I’d say it decreased them by about 20% but no matter how many times I went over it they just wouldn’t go fully. And nobody wants creases in a shirt that’s the hole point of a steamer to get rid of the creases not just slightly reduce the appearance.Customer service was great though they happily refunded me because I wasn’t happy. They were really nice and got a refund the same day

I bought this steamer because I'm sick and tired of ironing. With everything being hung out, everything comes in creased and I absolutely hate ironing. I had mega doubts when I bought it but it was on offer so worth a punt. I'm so pleased with it, creases do drop out, I especially like being able to quickly steam the school uniforms in a morning and they look like they've been ironed. It's quick to use, not very big and heats up really quickly.All I would say is there are a couple of shirts that it won't touch, but to be fair I have to completely wet them through to iron them as well. When you do steam shirts they don't have that 'pressed' look, but I don't care about that. Everything else is fantastic, it works so much better than I expected, and I save so much time.e with it. I'm very happy with my purchase ☺️

So pleased with this product. Perfect for what we needed. We're not looking for a ironed outfit with sharp cut edges, we just needed to have something i could easily whip over our toddlers many, many clothes without the back break of standing over and ironing board for hours. Was able to just sit on the sofa with a rail infront, put the clothes on a hanger, give them a quick steam and Bobs your uncle! Sorted!Also, even though the steam is hot, it doesn't get as hot as an iron so no accidental iron burns on your arm as you reach over to get the jug of water!

Had it for a bit now, use it quite oftenPros:- compared to an iron this is a game changer in terms of simplicity to use and speedYou can steam a shirt in 2mins and it will look flawless as with an iron you have to turn and toss it and ugh- quick to heat up- looks smart and the cable is long enoughCons:- sometimes at the start it passes water through, just something to be aware of, can make whatever you steam have small wet patches, nothing major
