Please explain bust size for s, m and l

I can't explain in that way but let me explain my own I used 38B bra size while feeding so it's good to the body but the problem I face with it is hands part I was not able to lift my hands freely up and down...my before pregnancy bra size is 36B so plz take it accordingly...my hands are bit fat so may be that is the reason they are tight in that place...if your hands are thin you take your normal size even if u buy one size up it will not effect you
