Classic Food Poisoning. Got sick approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours after eating. Sick for the better half of two days. Checked makeup of product and discovered one item came from a foreign country, specifically CHINA! FISHER is a very wonderful company and I was truly surprised to see from where a part of the product was obtained.

Opened immediately upon delivery and spit out the first bite. It tastes musty or moldy. Ugh. I’ve eaten Fisher snacks many times before and this is beyond disappointing, especially since it cost $12+ and is not returnable and there’s no option for a refund! Should have read the reviews more closely. My attempt to email or chat with Customer Service as directed in the “what to do if an item can’t be returned” instructions was a dead end. Email isn’t available and automated chat I basically says “too bad,” My first truly awful Amazon Customer Service experience. I understand they are beyond stretched - and I am super grateful they are still delivering - but circular Contact Us directions is not satisfactory.

Mine arrived today. My guess is that it was manufactured in 2016. The "Tex-Mex" flavor -- meaning spicy -- was nonexistent. Most pieces (peanuts, sesame sticks, etc) were flat and tasteless. My wife, who doesn't like anything "spicy" tried as well, agreed with the staleness and stated, "If THAT's spicy, freshen it up and bring it on!" In a word: DUD. I doubt if I'll ever try ordering this product again.

This was my third purchase of the Tex mex trailMix. This time, something in here wasn’t fresh. I would be eating and then there’d be a stale taste. Wasn’t everything & I couldn’t figure out what the offending piece was, since I don’t typically eat it one grain or nut at a time. First time this has happened to me.

I bought this for my Mom who loves this type of mix from her local grocery store. With the pandemic, she isn't going inside grocery stores, so I looked through cajun mixes at Amazon and this one looked to be the closest to the one she likes. Turns out, she likes it even more than her regular brand!! She does not like spicy food and said this is perfectly spicy and I'm very happy she can have one of her favorite things during these times. 😊

This is a tasty snack mix, very fresh and packaged in a convenient screw-top large container. The only reason that it got 4 stars from me instead if 5 was that although it is good, it is not quite as spicy as I hoped/expected. This is totally subjective. If you shy away from snack mixes that are labeled "hot and spicy" because you don't like such spicy food, this might actually be one you might want to try. My nose is not running, and I don't need any milk, so it's not so spicy to me. But I still like it quite a bit!

not to hot but just perfect where you can sit down and enjoy. i can't have peanuts so i just pick the other stuff out because they are my favorite. i really like the finger nail looking things don't really know what they are called. but they are delish. i have bought 2 already and i will probably continue to buy because of how good it is. yes even though i pick around i still get the peanut experience and the i get itchy but its worth it lol

Awesome! I always hated buying similar products at the store which would throw in a sweet nut in the mix and disrupted my spicy deliciousness. This item is all good . No need to pick out the any unwanted bits! Addictive!
