Slips right into a 3/8 in braided pipe so make sure you tighten your clamp a lot to avoid a leak.

I received the pack of 3/8 brass valves from Horizonette, through the Amazon Vine review program. These valves seem to have a very good build quality. They operate smoothly. The brass is very bright. Each valve weighs 67 g. Stainless steel hose clamps are included. The valves are clearly marked 400 PSI, which is a substantial rating. For my use, I probably won't be anywhere near that limit. I used to manage and R@D center, and I still always have my hands on in new projects, building, or repairing something. I foresee these valves will be used in projects involving both air and liquids. Happy to have these on my parts' shelf ready to go when I need them.
