If you are tired all the time, maybe try this.I have been using this stuff for about a year now. I can tell the difference when I don't have it! If I stop taking it, I feel tired all the time and run down. I don't eat super poorly, and my doctor told me it could be electrolytes that I need. This doesn't have the sugar and carbs the other stuff does so it is a better alternative. After taking this for about 48 hours I feel much better and have more energy!My favorite flavor is the lemon but I've tried pink lemonade, passionfruit, raspberry and they're all good!

I was skeptical because of the other ones I’ve tried. This by far is the best tasting and easiest one to drink. I know the price is a little high but it is soooo worth it. I’m a chronic pop drinker and this is a great start to my day and has curbed some of those pop cravings. 10/10 would recommend.

Great electrolyte powder for the price you pay. It's sugar free and doesn't have other artificial sweeteners like aspartame or sucralose. The flavor is pretty, $20 is more reasonable for 30 servings unlike a lot of other brands that are $30-$35 for 30 servings. It dissolves easily when you use room temperature water and if you like your water cold like I do, you can simply transfer it into a Stanley cup or put the bottle of water in the freezer for a little bit. I knew the ingredients before purchasing but I wish it had more sodium. 50mg is on the lower end but the average American has a high sodium diet as it is.

I absolutely love the taste of this! The pink lemonade tastes exactly like it. There is no funny aftertaste either. I definitely felt like the electrolytes helped me a bit when I was sick too. I drank this nonstop and it helped me stay hydrated. It’s a bit small for the price though.

I love this hydration powder! The watermelon taste great - not too strong of a flavor or too sweet. I love that Ultima has Vitamin C and no synthetic sweetener or dyes. Any powder clumps dissolve on their own in a minute or two. It's also a great bang for your buck if you want daily or even sometimes twice daily electrolytes. I've tried several flavors and enjoyed them all.
