TriggerPoint Impact, Percussion Handheld Massage Gun, Deep Tissue Muscle Massage, Lightweight, Black and Lime, 4-Speed

I am on my second percussion gun (the first one failed with the same problem). So it is all nice and quite when new, but after a couple of months of use the motor suspension becomes lose and the decibels go up and up to the point it is so loud yo can't use it without ear protection. Given I saw this happening on a sample of two I conclude the problem with design. I.e. it costs £200 and it lasts 2 months.

Cannot buy replacement batteries anywhere. The gun lasted 3 years, the battery is completely dead, can't buy a new one. Contacted the manufacturer and was told they don't do replacements.

Worked well for a deceny length of time but now it turns itself on at random times - in the middle of the night and during the day while I’m out or during the evening. No logical reason for this. I’ve contacted the company for help but nothing meaningful. Now feels like it’s a danger to own and I’ll need to throw it away. For this price it has to be better than this, and so I have to give it one star.
