I take one vitamin a day, so the bottle should last me 3 months. These vitamins are noted as including 22 key nutrients including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Vitamin E among others. This multi-vitamin provides muscle support, bone support, immune support, and energy metabolism support. They are gluten free and contain no artificial flavors or colors. The tablets are a wee bit larger than I expected, though I don't have much trouble swallowing them. There's no flavor to them. While I haven't had my levels redone yet, I am noticing some improvement in terms of wound healing support and metabolism. I'm a fan of Nature Made. There's consistency within their vitamins and they do the lab testing to really back up their product. I'm impressed and actually take multiple vitamins from the Nature Made brand.
