Good quality but smaller than the original size. I like this size better.

Gel packs are so tiny, the gel inside was clumpy, and the bags were leaking. Returned them same day I recieved them, and Amazon refunded my money right away.I do not recommend these gel packs, very poor quality.

Smaller than I thought. If this is the medium size I can't imagine how tiny the small size is, but they stay cold.

I have a 6 Pack bag and one of the gel packs ruptured (my fault). I needed a replacement because my bag is large, the remaining 2 wouldn't be enough to keep the food cold. I wish they offered the larger size but these will do just fine. They arrived quickly with no shipping issues.UPDATE: Not one but BOTH of these ruptured in less than 6 months!! With the amount of money they charge, you'd think it would be a better product.

I need a bigger set of ice packs but these are doing the job

They were perfectly packaged for shipment to a d I love that they're now in an outer package to prevent leakage if damaged. My original set somehow developed a leak in one of them so I have been using just the one...glad to have more.

I was so happy to find that the extra gel packs came just like the originalones with the 6 pack innovator - inside those extra protective bags. Thank you!

Both of these broke and got all over mine and my husbands 6 Pack bags. We just opted for solid ice packs and have had better luck with those
