The shine and softness is why I keep using this. I love that it’s all natural ingredients that’s so good for hair scalp health and growth. After I had a baby my iron was so low and I lost SO much hair this helped my hair feel less damaged and more healthy soft. The only thing that sucks is I think it might strip hair color but other than that I really love the conditioner

I am so thankful for this product. it has helped me through three postpartum hair loss spouts and continues to do so as my hormones change into my thirties. it smells great and has a nice feel to it in your hands; lathers really nicely and my hair has a nice look to it after drying. this company's hair thickening serum is a game changer, too!

I love these! They’re one of the only shampoos / conditioners that maintained the integrity of my hair while thoroughly cleaning it. I lose so much less hair while using and it makes my volume and curls look great due to the hydration. The smell was perfect and natural, exactly what I needed. The price point was perfect. The ingredients passed my test. Unfortunately, the 3 stars is due to my last order. It came discolored (yellow while usually white). I’m unsure if it was stored improperly or went bad but it was unusable. The good qualities vanished and I’m not sure if that was ever resolved. They may have changed the recipe or something more permanent than listed above. If I ever order again, I’ll update this.

I swear by this stuff!!! I like the smell. It stopped the hair fall in the shower almost immediately! And as soon as I ran out the hair fall started to come back. Not only that but what I didn't notice until after I ran out is that it made my soap stop itching. I had almost constant itchy scalp and mild dandruff before I started using this. Like my whole freaking life. And I have been using this for 8 months now and It has gone away completely!!!! Omg please mountain top and Amazon bring this product back I need more!!! My hair is fuller and thicker and healthier than it has ever been!!!

The 1st set arrived shrink wrapped together & lids closed yet liquid everywhere. It was a mess. Notified Amazon & was promptly sent a 2nd set. I can’t say for 100% but 95% someone tampered with the product. I am allergic to some shampoos & conditioners but what happened was beyond any allergic response I have ever had. It affected my HAIR as well, melting it & causing tangles & frizz. My scalp became red, inflamed & began to bleed. The burning was intense, like acid. As I ran my hands thru my hair trying to rinse it out, my hands came back full of hair falling out in chunks in my hands; big holes where hair used to be. My scalp was inflamed red & bleeding for over a month. Everything irritated it. Then I had to contend with flaking for another 6 weeks. I didn’t no what to do, scared to use anything in my hair as it continued to break, tangle, frizz, fall out & not like it did that first day, just bad enough for me to no I wasn’t going to get it growing back any time soon. I read reviews where ppl believe products are replaced & I am sure this product was tampered with. Could be good product, but what I got was abrasive & destructive. Now it’s once again brittle, broken, dry, frizzy, I swear someone had added something to this product & I won’t ever no if it’s good or not. I just can’t take the chance it purchasing again. Test before using. About 2 yrs ago I got a tube of conditioner from Amazon of a product I’ve used for years & I no it was tampered w/. It didn’t affect my scalp but ruined my hair & in the past has ALWAYS made my hair soft, shining …. Hair ppl wanted to reach out & touch. My hair was so knotted when I finished washed with THAT DIFFERENT PRODUCT I simply wrapped in a towel & went to bed, terrified to even attempt putting my tangle free brush to it. Test all products these days. I now purchase Amazon Prime only so I can return if tampered with. These ppl aren’t funny & have twice now cause massive hair damage & hair loss over a 2 yr period. Not to mention pain & suffering to my scalp with the inflammation & bleeding.

I originally bought this set of shampoo and conditioner for my thinning hair. I'm 35 and have PCOS and chronic endometriosis- which throws off my hormones like crazy. Hair loss is a side effect. I was getting handfuls of hair loss after my shower, and I just want to note that I work in the food industry, so I shower and wash my hair every day. I decided to try this shampoo just for kicks, and if any, little faith that it would work because of the price tag. I've tried 3 different highly expensive brands for hair growth, but I felt that all three had failed for me. My scalp was always left super sensitive, raw feeling even, and I ended up losing more hair than anything. These 2 bottles lasted me over a month, because a little goes a long way. I Personally like the scent, it's light and not over bearing and smells like lemongrass mixed with herbs. If you want that salon smell, this isn't for you. I really like the conditioner because it really soaks in and softens your hair without the extra residue. I noticed a difference after 2 weeks. My scalp felt healthier, I stopped losing so much hair after 1 week, and by the second, my hair was shiny, soft and manageable. It didn't feel stripped from everyday washing. I noticed some baby hair growing after 3 weeks and increased volume. I finished the bottles out and decided to try an argan oil set off of Amazon as well. I've used it for 2 weeks, and noticed some hair falling out again. I immediately stopped using that stuff and ordered this product again, and I won't stop. The baby hairs are now an inch long, so I know it works. I will stay with this product!

I have used Pureology (both Moisturizing and Strength Cure). I have used Redken (All Soft). I have used Verb (Ghost). I have used Nioxin. And I have not seen such an immediate boost in moisture, shine, and thickness from any of them. Breakage has stopped in 3 washes. I have bounce and volume. I have moisture and shine without being weighed down. I haven't been using long enough to say if new growth is happening yet, but my strands seem thicker. I don't understand how this is possible, since there is none of the "coated" feeling that I get from some thickening products, and I also don't have the dryness that others use to boost the appearance of more hair. Each of my previous brands did some good in bringing my chemically damaged hair back from the brink, but none of them did all of these things, nor did it this quickly. I'll be honest; on my first and second use, I didn't see any difference in my hair. But then 3rd wash, something magical happened, and I looked like I had been to the salon! Andmy hair seriously feels better-- this doesn't seem to be the "Pantene effect" where the "benefit" is actually build up; I have enough restored elasticity to believe this stuff is the real deal. I'm a believer! Even if I don't get any new growth, I think this will keep me from losing more to breakage. Either way, that means a better chance at getting my length back, so I am going to be a repeat buyer for sure.
